To Use Berberine To Heal Without Side Effects The Beberine Needs To Pass 2 Tests:
Now, it’s a known fact that for Berberine to have its best effects, the recommended daily dosage is around 1500mg.
The problem is Berberine is very potent stuff and consuming 1500mg in a single dosage can cause stomach discomfort, cramps and even have you running to the bathroom every 15 minutes.
Many studies have shown you should take Berberine 500mg, three times daily, to reach the correct recommended dosage. Using separate doses improves absorption but more importantly helps you avoid side effects like stomach cramps and nausea that arise from a concentrated 1500mg dose.
So it had to be in a capsule form: at 500mg per dose.
So we had to use Berberine sourced organically from the tree bark of Phellodendron Amurense, sterilized them after harvesting and extracted the Berberine into 500mg dose, capsule form.
One extra ingredient added to amplify Berberines results.
A little known flowering herb, Milk Thistle, which belongs to the daisy and ragweed family. Its often called the Holy Thistle because it has a long history of treating liver problems, lowering cholesterol, lowering inflammation.
But the real benefit is in the fact that Milk Thistles main active ingredient is Silymarin and once combined with Berberine, was shown in one study to increase the bioavailability of berberine in the intestines and to raise its concentration in the blood and for longer periods of time.

About UnitedHealth Group
The Mdpp Expanded Model
The Medicare Diabetes Prevention Program expanded model is a structured intervention with the goal of preventing type 2 diabetes in individuals with an indication of prediabetes. The clinical intervention consists of a minimum of 16 intensive core sessions of a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention approved curriculum furnished over six months in a group-based, classroom-style setting that provides practical training in long-term dietary change, increased physical activity, and behavior change strategies for weight control. After the completing the core sessions, less intensive follow-up meetings furnished monthly help ensure that the participants maintain healthy behaviors. The primary goal of the expanded model is at least 5 percent weight loss by participants. The National DPP is based on the results of the Diabetes Prevention Program study funded by the National Institutes of Health . The study found that lifestyle changes resulting in modest weight loss sharply reduced the development of type 2 diabetes in people at high risk for the disease.

What Is Type 1 Diabetes
There are two types of diabetes: type 1 and type 2. Type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune condition when the body attacks itself by mistake, destroying the cells in the pancreas that make insulin.4 Type 1 was once known as juvenile diabetes since most people diagnosed are in elementary school or preteens.5 There is no way to prevent type 1 diabetes. Researchers think type 1 may be genetic/hereditary or caused by childhood infections.6 The symptoms may appear quickly and may be hard to ignore.
