I found that the type of milk I was drinking was better for me than the one that came from Boost Glucose Control, because it had double the amount of Lactose in it.
If you drink two bottles of these drinks, you’ll get about 8 grams of sugar, but the one bottle that’s only 190 calories will give you 4 grams of sugar.
I knocked back two bottles at 11:00 and didn’t feel hungry until 4:00, which is less than Soylent and others at much higher prices.
I don’t have any negatives, they leave a build up on your teeth over time, but I recommend mouth wash to clear it in hard to reach areas.
My son loves the taste so much he tries to get one in his lunch every day. I told him it was only for him to help control his blood sugar levels.
